Relax and Renew: A quiet, supported class for those wanting a gentle approach

Beginner: A gentle introductory class for beginners

Experienced: For students with a minimum of 3 years yoga experienced

General: A class for students with minimal to some yoga experience

 

Schedule

Monday

10:30 am – 12:00 noon – Relax and Renew – Pamela

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Beginning – Patty

7:15 pm – 9:15 pm – Experienced – Pamela

Tuesday

5:45 pm – 7:15 pm – Beginning – Pamela

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Relax and Renew – Pamela

Thursday

10:30 am – 12:00 noon – General – Patty

6:30 pm – 8:00 pm – General – Patty
